Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing and Distribution Consultant with a strong functional background and over 10+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Distribution modules. This is a 6-month consulting engagement involving milestone-based travel, requiring flexibility to be onsite during key phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full-cycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Distribution modules.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including but not limited to:
o Manufacturing: Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory (INV), Engineering, Cost Management (CST), and MRP/ASCP.
o Distribution: Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Shipping Execution, and Inventory.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements aligned with business goals.
Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting.
Travel to client site based on defined project milestones for workshops, testing, and go-live activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Distribution modules.
Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS functional architecture, setup, and business flows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in milestone-based projects with flexibility to travel onsite.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Oracle EBS R12.2.x environments.
Experience in integration with external systems (WMS, MES, etc.)
Basic technical understanding of PL/SQL and Oracle workflows (a plus).

Travel Requirement:
The role requires onsite presence during specific project milestones such as requirement gathering, testing, training, and go-live. Candidate must be open to periodic travel based on the project plan.
