Description
Coordinate and develop CRM marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams for CRM campaign execution and operations.
Build, test, and execute email journeys and campaigns to deliver multi-touch communications.
Coordinate with stakeholders and partners on campaign development and deployment.
Support SMS campaigns and manage data extensions for effective data storage.
Use data for audience segmentation to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
Ensure communications are accurate and adhere to brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute CRM campaigns using generic marketing tools.
Coordinate with stakeholders on campaign deliverables and approvals.
Manage data extensions and segment audiences for personalized marketing.
Proofread and ensure accuracy in communications.
Conduct quality assurance of emails for compatibility and accuracy.
Assist with testing of communications.
Maintain campaign documentation and adhere to compliance laws.
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in a CRM marketing role.
B2C ecommerce experience preferred.
Knowledge of CRM best practices and compliance laws.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
