Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager with a strong ERP functional background to lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, excellent project management skills, and experience collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, providing guidance and expertise on Oracle Fusion ERP modules.

  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate.

  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

  • Facilitate requirement gathering, design sessions, and status meetings with client and internal teams.

  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with client and organizational standards.

  • Provide periodic project status updates to senior leadership and client executives.

  • Travel to client location as needed at key milestones.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 10 years of ERP project management experience, with at least 3 4 years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects.

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance, HCM, and SCM modules (primary focus).

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM, EPM, and CX modules (secondary).

  • Proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects successfully.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
