Position: Engineering Recruiter
Duration:Full-Time/Direct Hire
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: Salary + Commission (W2 Only)
Our client is seeking to hire an experience remote Engineering Recruiter.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
4+ years of Recruiting, managing all phases of the recruiting life-cycle, including screening/processing candidates, scheduling interviews, negotiating relocation, pay rates and extending offers.
MUST demonstrate experience recruiting for Mechanical Engineers, Civil/Structural Engineers, Controls Engineers, CAD Drafters/Designers, and Industrial Mfg Construction Mgrs
Experience using ATS, updating candidates details, resumes and correspondences
Understands H1B andvisa transfers and processes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self driven person, able to work under pressure and independently
Experience using MS Word and Excel
