Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer

Location: Remote

Contract: 12+ Months (Contract to extend)

As an Amazon Connect Developer, you will have a pivotal role in crafting, creating, and deploying inventive solutions using Amazon Connect, an innovative cloud-based contact center service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Solution Crafting: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to grasp their business needs and transform them into effective contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect.
  • Problem Solving and Assistance: Identify and resolve technical glitches linked to Amazon Connect implementations, delivering timely assistance to ensure the stability and optimal performance of systems.
  • Integration Endeavors: Merge Amazon Connect with diverse systems, such as CRM platforms, ticketing systems, workforce management tools, and analytics platforms, fostering seamless data interchange and amplifying overall contact center functionality.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Undertake comprehensive testing of Amazon Connect solutions to guarantee proper functioning, user-friendliness, and adherence to industry best practices and standards.
  • Ongoing Enhancement: Remain current with the latest trends and advancements in contact center technologies, AWS services, and associated tools to pinpoint possibilities for enhancement and innovation.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Robust programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, and Node.js are essential.
  • Previous familiarity with shaping and executing solutions utilizing Amazon Connect is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive AWS development/service background encompassing Lambda functions, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, Kendra, etc.
  • Proficiency in AWS CLI and AWS SDK, composing Infrastructure as Code through AWS CloudFormation, and devising IAM Roles according to AWS security best practices.
  • Exceptional knack for pinpointing and resolving issues, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally, facilitating collaboration with clients and internal squads.
  • Aptitude for translating customer business requisites into technical actions and collaborating with a development team to actualize those needs.
  • AWS certifications affiliated with Amazon Connect (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate) are advantageous.
