The candidates must have in-depth proven governmental experience in PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management / Training and understanding of the integration of same with other PeopleSoft integrations.
Mandatory Skills

In-depth proven governmental experience in PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management / Training and understanding of integration with other PeopleSoft modules.

Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules with in-depth experience in testing procedures and processes. Requires heavy testing experience in agile design, build, and test mode.

Extensive understanding of integration test performance and data analysis.

High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to ensure high-quality system applications.

Ensure project processes and documentation (procedure reviews, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes, system diagrams, status updates, presentations, etc.) are completed appropriately.

Minimum 5 years of experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, and assistance with enhancements and upgrades.
Desirable Skills

Prior work experience with task-relevant knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) / Payroll applications within a public sector environment.
