Quality Assurance Associate

Pay Range: $18.26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The individuals will work on our 1st shift team in support of our Material Review Board (MRB) team and processes.
• In this role, they will review previously written Non-Conformances, (Company), looking for key defined aspects, and adding an additional predefined information to each NC as needed.
• This position is documentation focused.
• This position is in Indianapolis, IN and is not a remote position.

• Review and analysis of Non-Conformances (Company) including recording statements and supporting data within the SmartSolve System.
• Providing updates/summaries to regarding the status of NC s.
• Work in a team environment to ensure accurate and consistent results.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Basic math and computer skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, quality conscious with an aptitude for maintaining accurate records.
• High School diploma or GED with 4-6 years of related work experience.
• Focus to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
