Job Details

Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Description: Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support scalable network solutions that align with business objectives and ensure high availability and performance.
  • Champion a customer-first help desk culture by resolving complex technical issues and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Implement and manage endpoint security practices, including encryption, IAM, PAM, and DLP strategies.
  • Administer firewall configurations and security protocols to safeguard network infrastructure.
  • Lead security awareness initiatives, including onboarding training, to promote a security-conscious culture.
  • Manage Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) tools, including video conferencing platforms, to support seamless internal communication.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity during incidents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners during compliance audits and security assessments.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for secure mobile workforce enablement.
  • Hands-on administration of identity providers (IdP) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Strong expertise in macOS, with working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
  • Proficient in wireless network management, including BYOD and guest access configurations.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VM and VDI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a user-centric mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
