Consultant Requirements RFQ No. 25-12 Back-End Developer Consultant

Back-End Development (Java & Integration)

Develop and maintain Java-based Back-End applications. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate Oracle SQL

databases with Java applications. Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC for database connectivity.

Candidate to work closely with front-end developers, project team.

Document workflows. Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Strong expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions).

Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JDBC) for Back-End development.

Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration with databases.

Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).

Understanding of Linux/Unix environments and basic shell scripting

Minimum Requirements / Education

Bachelor's Degree

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
