We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Solution & Platform Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative Salesforce solutions that drive commercial excellence in a globally distributed organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor, enhancing Salesforce capabilities across the organization.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to define and implement best practices for scalable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct discovery and design sessions to gather and document business needs.
- Support user acceptance testing and ensure business requirements are met.
- Identify and escalate potential issues, partnering with stakeholders for resolution.
- Participate in establishing best practices and tools to enhance team capabilities.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Health Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Proven ability to manage complex technology deployments and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role providing software technology solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise software application implementations using agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of data management and analytics, along with integration tools.
- Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to achieve relevant certifications.
