Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mid to large-scale projects impacting various business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing dependencies and critical paths effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that meet diverse business needs.
- Facilitate communication and reporting among project team members and key stakeholders.
- Implement change management strategies, including communication and training plans.
- Identify and resolve project conflicts, performing impact analysis and prioritization.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting, to meet company standards.
- Conduct lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement and project success.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve project objectives.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tackle project challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage project risks and issues, providing timely and accurate reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
- Experience in financial industry or banking sector.
- Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as waterfall and agile.
