Position : Workday Compensation IT Project manager
Location: Remote
Job Detail:
This candidate will be one of three Project Managers on a workday implementation program with their focus being on the Compensation Implementation piece. This person will need to have strong IT PM experience Implementing Workday specifically with Compensation. Sentara is working closely with a vendor to lead implementation and the initiative owner sits on the business side - so this person will be working with a few different departments and teams and should be adaptable and accustomed to working with various personalities with the highest level of professionalism.
Waterfall/Agile hybrid framework required.
Knowledge of Jira required.
Certs are a plus - only NOT required as long as the candidate has 5+ years of this specific workday implementation experience as a PM under their belt.
Healthplan/Healthcare not required but preferred as usual.
