Required Qualifications
7+ years in enterprise integrations with 5+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud

Strong OIC skills across app-driven orchestrations, scheduled jobs, and file flows
Fusion HCM experience for Global HR and Recruiting and Fusion Financials across GL, AP, AR, Assets, and Projects
BI Publisher extracts and HDL or FBDI load processes for integration use cases
OIC agent setup and operations with ATP or DBCS, Object Storage, and SFTP
Solid observability and error handling practices with actionable logs and alerts
Working knowledge of identity and security for integrations, including IDCS, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and role-based access
Clear communication, pragmatic coaching style, and steady delivery under time pressure
Preferred
