Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

As a Systems Engineer, you'll be a member of cross-functional hardware, software, and system design teams responsible for the realization of complex systems. You'll contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of these systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML modeling principles
- Experience defining system behavior and system structure
- Experience verifying and validating system models
- Experience with the design of complex systems and subsystems
- Working with teams across multiple disciplines (HW/SW/Systems)
- Experience with customer requirements analysis, developing system requirements, and defining allocations to lower levels (elements and components)
- Requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective. Assigning test methods and designing test cases and procedures based on lower level and customer requirements
- Developing test strategies and procedures based on customer requirements
- Providing test plans and procedures in support of development milestones
