In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to largescale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an indepth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
Forms Matrix Development:
- Analyze advisoryrelated events (e.g., account opening, allocation changes, blend switches).
- Create a comprehensive matrix mapping which forms are required for which clients under specific scenarios.
- Ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and reduce document volume.
- Assess the current fragmented intake and request workflows across teams.
- Design and document a cohesive, endto-end process for form creation and modification.
- Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration to ensure process transparency and consistency.
- Recommend tools or frameworks to support ongoing process governance.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing legacy processes related to forms management.
- Clearly separate and document "how we do it today" from "how it should be done in the future."
- Drive modernization efforts
- 4 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience in process design, documentation, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of business process usage in customer communications.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Skilled in translating complex requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services or advisory operations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams and managing stakeholder input.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience bridging business and technical teams to drive clarity and alignment.
- Background in operations, compliance, or business analysis.
- Experience with workflow tools or form management systems.
- Knowledge of advisory services and client documentation practices.
