- The FP&A Manager has since inherited the reporting and analytics responsibilities.
- They are dealing with complex data flows, including sell-out data from Oracle and Sephora (which sells directly to the end consumer).
- While their data lake is clean, Power BI reports are not well structured or connected.
- They need a Power BI expert (front and back end) to:
- Rebuild the dashboards and underlying data model.
- Ensure proper mapping and filtering.
- Optimize usability and reporting capabilities.
- IT has some knowledge of the backend and can help support integration and connectivity, but a dedicated Power BI resource is needed to own and clean up the current reporting environment.
