Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite) Position: Contract

Experience & Skills
7 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Service Cloud and chat development.

Proficiency in:
Salesforce Lightning
Apex
Visualforce
of third-party chat solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in sprint planning and retrospectives. SRM Salesforce Requisitions | IMP+1

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain chat features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Customize and configure Salesforce based on business needs.
Integrate third-party chat solutions for enhanced customer service.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features.
