Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work):

  • Lead enterprise strategy for aggregating all consents and preferences into one application.

Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)

  • Preferred.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

  • This person will be working with a senior product manager and the product owner facilitating large meetings, creating documentation from and for meeting and communication to all levels of teammates/executives. This person should be highly motivated with lots of initiative to carry through with whatever is put on their deliverable list. This would include attending or leading meetings, handling status documentation for the program (such as use cases) as well as for executive leadership, facilitating conversations between Lines of Business (LOBs) and technical teams, as well as interfacing with our compliance, risk and legal teams.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) OR California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) Subject Matter Expert, project/product management, great communication skills both written and verbal, with a high ability to listen to others, high initiative/drive, ownership of deliverables and critical understanding of due dates, very detail-oriented, motivator with influencing skills, ability to identify, document and escalate any issues, risks or gaps. .

PlNice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)

  • Banking experience, contact center experience, technical background and Agile trained.
