Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Overnight Shift
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electrical systems, PLCs, and VFDs. This role is ideal for a dependable professional with a stable work history and advanced technical expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, including low-voltage circuits.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical components such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, and switches.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs and automated machinery.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Service and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot main electrical panels and distribution systems.
  • Perform general facility maintenance, including plumbing, structural repairs, and office infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical school training (2 years) and/or 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Licensed journeyman in a skilled trade is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and industrial controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Stable work history is required. No job hoppers, please.
