Position Summary:

This is a senior-level role requiring 8+ years of experience with .NET, Java, and support across development and production environments.

As a technical resource and developer, you will support critical systems such as CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges, helping maintain, upgrade, and innovate the state’s health and human services applications. Your contribution will directly impact the service delivery to families and providers throughout Michigan.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full lifecycle application development, enhancement, and support across multiple platforms.

  • Maintain and upgrade web-based applications including CDC I-Billing and CCAC.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth batch job execution.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, project leads, and technical teams.

  • Lead development of technical documentation, coding standards, and system workflows.

  • Work in Agile environments using Jira and DevSecOps practices.

  • Support and maintain Crystal Reports and Business Objects dashboards.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and secure coding guidelines.


Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Onsite 2 days/week in Lansing, MI is mandatory from Day 1.

  • No remote-only option – Must be local to Michigan and able to attend in-person interviews.

  • A valid Michigan Driver’s License (DL) is required for submission.
