Position Summary:
This is a senior-level role requiring 8+ years of experience with .NET, Java, and support across development and production environments.
As a technical resource and developer, you will support critical systems such as CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges, helping maintain, upgrade, and innovate the state’s health and human services applications. Your contribution will directly impact the service delivery to families and providers throughout Michigan.

Responsibilities:
Provide full lifecycle application development, enhancement, and support across multiple platforms.
Maintain and upgrade web-based applications including CDC I-Billing and CCAC.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth batch job execution.
Collaborate with business analysts, project leads, and technical teams.
Lead development of technical documentation, coding standards, and system workflows.
Work in Agile environments using Jira and DevSecOps practices.
Support and maintain Crystal Reports and Business Objects dashboards.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and secure coding guidelines.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Work Schedule: Onsite 2 days/week in Lansing, MI is mandatory from Day 1.
No remote-only option – Must be local to Michigan and able to attend in-person interviews.
A valid Michigan Driver’s License (DL) is required for submission.
