Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is looking for a Technology Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support and ensure a positive experience for application users. In this role, you ll serve as the first point of contact, troubleshoot moderate to complex issues, and escalate when needed. You ll also contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team. This role is 100% onsite.

What you'll do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate complex problems when necessary.

  • Support and guide junior technicians; act as a knowledge resource on systems and applications.

  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Base; document solutions and best practices.

  • Monitor systems for recurring issues and propose preventive solutions.

  • Partner with product and clinical teams to enhance application functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Experience providing technical guidance to team members.

  • Proficiency with industry-standard applications and systems.

  • Willingness to learn in areas such as molecular diagnostics, application testing, and billing/coding.
