This role focuses on managing qualification testing and commodity sourcing processes to support hardware operations and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end commodity qualification processes.
- Lead program management for qualification testing initiatives, including SKU design layout, hardware quantity planning, purchase tracking, and lab capacity management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely qualification for production and non-production requirements.
- Manage qualification requests, scheduling, and prioritization across teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline pre-qualification processes.
- Drive automation and process efficiency projects.
- Build strong relationships with technical teams involved in hardware testing and performance analysis.
- Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to track progress and status of qualifications.
- Develop analytics and dashboards using tools like Power BI and ADO to measure KPIs and communicate progress.
- Contribute to reducing qualification cycle time through analytical solutions.
- Ideal Candidate: Demonstrates all required hard skills and experience in supply chain operations, program management, cloud hardware management, and planning.
- BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, qualification testing, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.
