Role: Enterprise Work Management Solutions Manager (EWMS)

Duration: Full-time

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid 2x a week onsite; must reside in Arizona)

Salary: 140k-165k + annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop the enterprise work-management team, building strong cross-functional trust and leveraging market intelligence.
  • Ensure vendor and market-intelligence insights are provided to the leadership team to improve decision-making and results.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to anticipate upcoming operational challenges, influence decisions, and address issues proactively.
  • Staff, lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing professional team to accomplish area goals and maintain high service quality through coaching, feedback, recognition, and development.
  • Develop and manage the EWMS budget, set targets on defined metrics, and balance business demands with performance objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with EWMS partners to support clients sustainability goals and promote a circular model for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively manage vendor relationships, define and track performance indicators, anticipate and minimize risks, and drive value through continuous improvement.
  • Ensure EWMS processes align with ITIL-based service-management frameworks, including incident, change, release coordination, and configuration oversight.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in enterprise work-management solutions, IT applications for utilities or major operations, scheduling, or work-management systems.
  • Proven leadership of teams in complex environments, preferably in the utility or energy sector.
  • Strong vendor-management experience, including negotiating and managing contracts and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to align IT solutions with strategic business objectives, drive cost savings, and manage risk.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other structured service-management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience deploying enterprise work-management or scheduling systems in a utility or energy context.
  • Experience managing hybrid or remote teams and operations in a utility service environment.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or similar are a plus.
