Cisco CCNA Certified Subject Matter Expert (SME)

This role requires a skilled and knowledgeable Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) to serve as a key subject matter expert for the development of engaging and accurate animation videos on Cisco products and technologies. The SME will be responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy and relevance of all video content, providing expert guidance to the Instructional Design team to ensure client satisfaction. This role demands a high degree of responsiveness and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate seamlessly with Instructional Designers and Project Managers.

The SME should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, data center technologies, security, collaboration, and other relevant Cisco domains and the ability to present the content from a training perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

Review all video scripts, storyboard content, and animations for technical accuracy and alignment with Cisco product specifications, documentation, and best practices.

Address any technical inconsistencies or inaccuracies identified by internal or external reviewers.

Ensure the accurate portrayal of Cisco technologies, features, and functionalities within the animations.

Contribute to the development of creative concepts and storylines that effectively communicate complex technical information in an engaging and understandable manner.

Answer technical questions and resolve any technical challenges encountered during production promptly.

Address stakeholder feedback from a technical perspective and ensure client satisfaction.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
