Job Details

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst-SQL to join our customers Analytics team.

Job Description:

  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT Services
  • Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • Manage and improve processes around deployment pipelines
  • Partner with Developers to manage the GitHub deployment activities
  • Identify issues and risks
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, or Business.

5+ years' experience as a Technical BA or Process & implementation Analyst.

5+ years experience working with SDLC projects

3+ years experience assisting with deployments in GitHub

3+ years experience working with SQL programming language

3+ years' experience managing Delivery Pipelines for Development, PMO or Technical Teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.

Experience with team management.

Experience with Power BI is nice to have.
