ASRC Federal Data Network Technologies is seeking an ALM Developer/Engineer

Overview

The Access Lifecyle Management (ALM) Engineer will have three primary areas of focus:
  • Responsible for the technical direction, development and execution of Access Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, systems and services
  • Ensure successful operations, maintenance and enhancements of ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Provide dedicated support for ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQ


Responsibilities
  • Provides in-depth technical expertise and guidance for ALM
  • Creates, manages and maintains the ALM target architecture
  • Provides technical and project support for ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Leads and supports all ALM and SailPoint IdentityIQ development, testing, integration, migration and execution activities and initiatives
  • Provides innovative automation strategies
  • Leads and supports upgrades and enhancements
  • Tracks and reports on enhancement requests from customer and stakeholder leadership
  • Performs engineering and system administration for SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability, to include scheduling, running, and tuning processes for the data interchange between external and internal systems, monitoring system interfaces and system performance, and performing troubleshooting tasks as problems with the environment occur
  • Develops and maintains repeatable processes for application integration into ALM
  • Develops a standardized application integration pattern for flat file applications, applications leveraging Java Database Connectivity (JDBC), applications using SailPoint connectors, custom connectors
  • Develops, configures, and enhances workflows
  • Integrates ALM with Component specific systems and incorporates existing and new Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) requirements into ISB services
  • Supports operations and maintenance of ALM, SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Performs health checks to ensure aggregations are successful; validates tasks are completed successfully, validates that all ALM infrastructure Components are up and running
  • Supports documentation requirements and requests
  • Defines gap analysis to address current state of capabilities and services
  • Leverages technological innovations and industry best practices to provide solutions that contribute to increased operational efficiency


Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 6 - 8 years demonstrated experience providing expertise and support for complex IT and ICAM solutions and systems
  • 3 years of demonstrated expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Certification from SailPoint of either a SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically and proven diagnostic ability are critical
  • Executive presence; excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven influencing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

Clearance

Must be clearable and/or have the ability to obtain a DHS EOD Suitability
