Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (ITSM)
Location: onsite in LA
Duration: 12-MONTH Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect (ITSM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the IT Service Management (ITSM) suite and hands-on experience architecting scalable ServiceNow environments aligned with organizational goals and ITIL best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB modules.
Define and implement technical standards, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions.
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB, HR, and security platforms).
Evaluate, design, and implement custom workflows, automation, and service catalogs to streamline IT operations.
Ensure solutions are aligned with ITIL and organizational compliance requirements.
Conduct performance tuning, upgrades, and system optimization for ServiceNow instances.
Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators in solution delivery.
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases, capabilities, and platform enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
13+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
5+ years of hands-on experience with ITSM implementation and configuration.
Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
Strong understanding of CMDB design, data models, and discovery.
In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
Experience with Service Portal, Reporting, and Performance Analytics.
Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD is a plus.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM) required.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
