Project Coordinator - Job Summary
The Project Coordinator supports large-scale IT projects across their full lifecycle, working closely with the Managing Director and Project Manager. This role handles administrative and procedural tasks, tracks project activities, and communicates updates to stakeholders. The coordinator also helps manage changes and ensures timely, organized project delivery.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support complex IT projects from planning to completion

  • Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders

  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to change management

  • Maintain project documentation and support compliance and financial tracking


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

  • 1-3+ years of experience coordinating large-scale or complex IT projects

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and SDLC

  • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
