Job Description
The Engine & Transmission Controls organization is end-to-end responsible for the embedded software, control systems, and calibrations that drive vehicle motion and ensure compliance with tailpipe emissions regulations.
As the Senior Manager of Engine Controls Calibration, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering robust calibration solutions within the ECM (Engine Control Module) and PCM (Powertrain Control Module). Your team's mission is to meet stringent targets for emissions, fuel economy, and drivability by optimizing performance, efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness while navigating a dynamic technological and regulatory landscape.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Portfolio Planning, Global Engine Propulsion Programs, Global Performance Integration, Global Proving Ground Operations, Test Labs, Propulsion Development & Validation, and Certification & Compliance to deliver world-class propulsion systems that meet global emissions standards.
Your technical leadership will focus on flawless execution by instilling a culture of urgency, open communication, and accountability. You will also champion innovation and operational excellence to help modernize the vehicle calibration process by implementing workflows to reduce testing time, vehicle usage, and workload, while improving first-time quality and shortening the overall calibration cycle.
