Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Deerfield, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation offerings. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by positioning our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in targeted markets and industries.
- Sell IT services and solutions including (but not limited to) software development, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
- 3 7 years of sales experience in a similar domain.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and client challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
