AI Solution Architect, Senior Manager
The Opportunity:

As an AI Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of proprietary engineering services and intellectual property with commer cia l technologies. You will define AI solution blueprints, engineering processes and solutions that accelerate the co-development and delivery of enhanced technologies. Additionally, you will serve as the technical bridge between engineering teams, commer cia l tech partners and executive stakeholders to ensure solutions maximize both technical and business objectives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required .

What You'll Do

• Design AI solutions that create mission advantages for clients and competitive differentiation
• Lead the co-development of mission specific agentic applications, sof tware defined platforms and service as sof tware solutions
• Serve as the AI technical lead for portfolio companies and commer cia l tech partners - setting engineering priorities, co-development and implementation strategies
• Development quantitative frameworks, measure and communicate alternative solution architecture trade-offs to engineering, sales and executive stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for intellectual property creation, licensing and engineering service monetization - drive integration into cloud, AI model and SaaS offerings
• Advise on AI venture capital investments and go to market model decisions

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with AI engineering, including full-stack AI technology development, data pipeline and AI model engineering, and integration into commer cia l solutions
• 4+ years of experience with Service as Sof tware or AI as a Service engineering, including foundational model grounding, fine-tuning, and integration into third-party applications
• Experience successfully developing and implementing impactful AI solutions in production environments
• Experience evaluating AI investments and research, benchmarking custom AI solutions against industry standards and models, and communicating results to executive stakeholders
• Experience managing scaled delivery of custom AI solutions across cloud native services and infrastructure, such as NVIDIA Cloud Functions or AWS Bedrock
• Experience working with venture-backed engineering and go-to-market teams
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 4+ years of experience working with pre-sales engineering teams, setting finan cia l targets, and executing business to business or business to customer AI managed service deliveries
• 4+ years of experience working in relevant use case domains, such as USG efficiencies, autonomous systems, defense, aerospace, or intelligence
• Experience leading AI business case analyses, technology evaluations, and investments
• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
