Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Manager to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives that drive operational efficiency and system integration across the organisation. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on experience guiding large-scale EAM, GIS, and Field Operations projects from concept to delivery.
EAM Program Manager Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management leadership roles.
Proven ability to deliver complex, enterprise-scale projects with measurable business outcomes.
Expertise in performance evaluation, change management, and organizational process improvement.
Strong preference for experience with Field Operations, GIS implementations, or Asset Management programs.
Familiarity with EAM technologies and platforms such as Clevest, IQGEO, ESRI, SAP, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, particularly Planview or equivalent platforms.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with high attention to detail.
Ability to facilitate discussions, manage competing priorities, and build consensus among diverse teams.
Bachelor s degree in business, technology, or a related field required; master s degree preferred.
PMI or equivalent project management certification preferred.
