Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Draper, UT.

Duties:
* The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering business information and molding it into actionable decisions
* Interprets information to be translated into detailed business requirements or leveraged for process improvements
* As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the business to help them understand and articulate their goals, objectives, and solutions
* Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, and verifying requirements and ensuring that they are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensive, traceable, feasible and verifiable

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
* Proven experience in translating complex business problems into actionable, technical requirements
* Experience with user story creation, process and data flow modeling, and Agile processes, with knowledge of Scrum and SAFe methodologies
* Experience with data analysis, with a focus on deriving insights from data and applying them to business strategy
* Strong understanding of healthcare benefits (e.g., payors, health accounts) and driving healthcare engagement, incentives, or outcomes
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and suggest innovative solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
* Strong customer orientation, with a passion for improving user experiences and driving product adoption
* Proficiency with product management and SDLC tools (e.g., Aha!, Confluence, Azure DevOps), as well as common business software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to adapt to changing business demands and product requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering high-value outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally in healthcare, finance, or e-commerce
* Working experience with health benefits, health plans, care providers, healthcare engagement, or incentives and rewards programs
* Experience working with AI, machine learning, APIs, or third-party integrations in a product development environment
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
