Job Description:
The IT Project Manager IV will oversee complex IT projects across multiple departments, managing activities in information systems, programming, and systems analysis. The role requires leadership in coordinating computing resources, project planning, and execution.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute project plans
Consult with stakeholders to gather system requirements
Provide user support and technical assistance
Supervise technical staff and make staffing decisions
Evaluate project feasibility and requirements
Ensure data security, disaster recovery planning, and system control

Skills:
Strong leadership and mentoring capability
Proficiency in strategic planning and resource allocation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Deep understanding of hardware/software, programming, and IT operations
Familiarity with technologies like Java, Visual Basic, SQL, etc.


Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMI/PMP preferred)
