About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Core .NET to lead and contribute to complex, high-impact initiatives within the financial services domain. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure applications using modern engineering practices in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or contribute to the design and development of full-stack solutions using .NET technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust software solutions aligned with business goals.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and risk management standards across all supported systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert-level support and guidance to internal teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development lifecycle.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS).
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry or working with regulated environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
