Role: Business Analyst

 Cards & Payments
Location: Tampa, FL (5 Days Onsite every Week)
Exp: 10+ years

Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Cards & Payments domain to join our banking client team. The candidate should be able to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
  • Translate requirements into user stories for the technical team.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Support testing by reviewing test cases and validating requirements.
Must Have Skills:
  • Strong Cards & Payments experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO message formats (e.g., ISO 8583, ISO 20022).
  • Ability to write clear business and functional requirements.
  • Experience in translating requirements to user stories for Agile projects.
Good to Have Skills:
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects in payments.
  • Exposure to digital payments, real-time payments, or SWIFT.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
