Join our team as a Sr. UX Designer and play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency through innovative technology and human-centered design. Your work will impact thousands of employees and millions of customers by crafting systems that address complex operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams including product, engineering, operations, and safety to address complex operational challenges.
- Mentor fellow designers and foster design excellence across multiple projects.
- Conduct user research through interviews and usability testing to guide design decisions.
- Design and prototype mobile experiences with a focus on interaction design and visual craft.
- Engage in local travel for site visits to understand user interactions and operational requirements.
Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in UX design, with a focus on content discovery and engagement.
- Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of design systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Empathy for users and an aesthetic sense to make confident design decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with associate-facing software experiences.
- Formal education in Design, Interaction/UX Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
