RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience implementing and maintaining a local government Community Development and Regulation system using the Cityworks Online PLL or Trimble Unity Permit software platforms.
Mastery of project management methodology and experienceor familiarity with major, defined program management approaches (PMI, Agile,Six Sigma).
Significant knowledge of project planning/scheduling tools (for example, Microsoft Project), with a solid track record of practical application.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment in which this role may not directly control resources.
Strong knowledge and understanding of local government processes related to land permitting, plan review, inspection, and code enforcement.
Ability to large multi-department project team to match CDR software to business requirements, including leadership in research on current and emerging technology options.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Progressively responsible IT experience
Successfully managing Community Development and Regulation projects (5 Years)
Five or more years of experience with Planning and Community Development business problem solving (5 years)
Leading diverse teams
Implementation of software systems and platforms
