Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with a proven track record of driving business impact through advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision making. As part of our global team, you will design, develop, and deploy data science solutions that solve complex business problems at scale. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions to ensure our models and insights deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end machine learning models, from data exploration to production deployment.

• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, build predictive models, and generate actionable insights.

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and engineers to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and deliver impactful solutions.

• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, ensuring best practices in methodology, coding, and documentation.

• Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and big data technologies.

• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.

• Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.).

• Expertise with big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

• Proven experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experimental design (A/B testing).

• Familiarity with MLOps practices (model monitoring, CI/CD for ML, model governance).

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact.

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
