RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Supply Chain Business Partner in Andover, MA.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with supply chain teams to translate needs into IT solutions
* Manage and ensure accuracy of supply chain data across ERP, MES, and integrated systems
* Analyze requirements and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
* Develop and integrate applications for supply chain and MES functions
* Create reports and dashboards; perform data analysis to support decisions
* Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain data security controls
* Train users and provide support for ERP and MES applications
* Lead or support IT projects, tracking progress and coordinating teams
* Drive continuous improvement through innovative solutions and ERP optimization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
* 8+ years' experience with ERP supply chain modules (Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Shipping)
* Strong leadership in Supply Chain and MES project implementations
* Deep knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Critical Mfg, Rockwell, Tulip) and automation integration
* Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and process optimization using MES
* Understanding of medical device industry compliance and regulatory standards
* Skilled in cross-functional team leadership and change management
* Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
