Wireless Research Engineer
Denver area
We're seeking a talented Engineer to join our team, focusing on both the theoretical underpinnings and practical application of WiFi in carrier-grade CPE devices (routers, extenders, mesh systems) and wireless access points.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth research on 802.11 standards to ensure our products incorporate the latest advancements.
- Contribute to research initiatives, potentially leading to publications or conference presentations.
- Foster interoperability between our devices and existing WiFi ecosystems.
- Demonstrate expertise in writing specifications and test plans, or possess strong skills in evaluating existing plans.
- Bonus points for experience in hands-on testing and performance analysis of WiFi devices.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in the product development lifecycle for consumer electronics.
EDUCATION:
A Masters or PhD degree is preferred.
