- 8+ years of proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to analyze data-driven business problems and recommend solutions.
- 8+ years of experience designing and optimizing data workflows and data management processes using modeling/mapping tools.
- 8+ years of experience writing Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional requirements.
- 8+ years of experience creating and maintaining documentation (data dictionaries, BRDs, data mapping specifications).
- 8+ years of experience designing and presenting visual data models and dashboards to communicate trends and project timelines.
- 8+ years of demonstrated ability to lead data-focused meetings, document outcomes, and resolve issues.
- 4+ years of Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of strong multi-tasking skills managing multiple data projects concurrently.
- 3+ years of working knowledge of eligibility rules for SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF programs.
- 3+ years of experience interpreting and applying policy within integrated eligibility case management systems.
