Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions to support business quoting and pricing processes.
- Lead CPQ implementation, customization, and optimization aligned with business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and IT.
- Define solution architecture, design patterns, and integration points with other enterprise systems (ERP, billing, etc.).
- Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators on best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, system scalability, and security standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs, functional documents, and architecture diagrams.
- Lead solution demos and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform code reviews and support CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.
- 4+ years of specialized experience in Salesforce CPQ (formerly Steelbrick).
- Proven experience in designing Salesforce solutions with a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, approvals, etc.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of data models, custom objects, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CPQ Specialist) are highly desirable.
