Job Title: Tech Product Manager with Card and Payment Experience
Location: O'Fallon, MO (Dayone Onsite role- Need Locals OR Nearby States)
Duration : 12+ months

NOTE: Banking, Card and payment work experience is mandatory for this project

Job Description:
  • 14+ years of experience in Product management with Banking sectors.
  • Understanding of Java, SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with data systems.
  • Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.
  • Ability to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello for project management and collaboration.
  • Ability to conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring product teams.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
