CUNY Workday Deployment of HR and Finance Modules
Project Description: This part of the project aims to enhance Workday's security and compliance by analyzing and migrating existing roles, implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training. It also focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, implementing protective measures, collaborating with development teams, monitoring for suspicious activities, and staying updated on security trends.
Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience conducting security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
  • 8 years of experience mapping and migrating security roles to Workday, ensuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) best practices.
  • 8 years of experience implementing security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
  • 8 years of experience conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • 8 years of experience providing training and documentation on Workday security policies.
  • 8 years of experience analyzing security issues and developing innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
  • 8 years of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive security practices.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c PS4.
  • Strong expertise in identity and access management, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and compliance.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio or other integration tools (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IAM policies, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ability to analyze complex identity data structures and resolve data quality issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large-scale ERP implementation project.
  • Workday Pro Security Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
