RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in West Chester, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Manager will lead change and adoption by preparing and supporting users through transformation initiatives
* Create and deliver clear communications to ensure understanding of changes and impacts
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technology solutions
* Communicate product roadmap, upcoming changes, and timelines to ensure readiness
* As a Product Manager, you will contribute to training materials and documentation to support user adoption
* Define and report on adoption metrics to measure success and drive improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in change management and user adoption strategies
* Experience supporting training development and user documentation
* Familiarity with process improvement and transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder engagement and alignment capabilities
* Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
* Proficiency in tracking and reporting adoption metrics
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Adaptability to evolving business and technology environments
* Ability to interpret and communicate product roadmaps and readiness plans
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
