Job Details
Client Note: We need a candidate who has more system engineering experience. We don t need an IAM admin, since we have a strong team there. We need someone who has experience logging into servers, executing tasks, etc.. in addition to the Service Account Password resets and MFA work.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with users and account owners.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, specifically user account data, login processes, server computers and Active Directory Groups.
- Familiarity with Silverfort, Microsoft Authenticator, Okta Verify or similar MFA solutions.
- Ability to work as a team to manage system upgrades and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Ability to communicate metrics, process changes and status
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within the Agile Project Management framework (review, create and update project tickets; attend stand-up meetings)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
