Position: Microsoft 365 Developer

Location: Gresham Park, GA and Oak Park, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong technical background in designing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CRM configurations, integrations with third-party systems, and a solid understanding of DevOps in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable CRM solutions using MS Dynamics 365 (Online & On-Premises).
  • Develop and customize components using C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD Developer Toolkit.
  • Create and manage Workflows, Plugins, Business Rules, Form Customizations, and CRM Administration tasks.
  • Design and implement Security Models and perform Out-of-the-box (OOB) configurations.
  • Build and deploy SSRS/SSIS packages and manage SQL Server development for data-tier components.
  • Develop integrations using KingswaySoft, REST APIs, OData Web APIs, and Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
  • Utilize Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF Controls for system integration.
  • Set up and maintain DevOps pipelines for CRM deployments using standard DevOps tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather, understand, and clarify requirements.
  • Evaluate alternative technical solutions and drive decisions based on system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
  • Proficient in C#.NET, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, and Azure Integration Services.
  • Strong experience with MS CRM SDK, customization and administration.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and tools like KingswaySoft.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Power Apps Portals and Unified Service Desk (USD).
  • Experience in migrating Dynamics 365 and USD configurations between environments.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in cloud environments.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration
