Senior Project Manager
Direct Hire
Columbus, Ohio (Flexible Work Schedule)
Salary: $120,000-$150,000 a year, Bonus, Benefits, Vehicle Allowance, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
This position serves as both a leader and coordinator, managing various projects within the organization. This person will plan, direct, coordinate, and budget commercial industrial construction projects, including ground-up new building, renovations and tenant improvements. This will include participating in conceptual development, design, budgeting, preconstruction, and overseeing its organization, scheduling, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
This position serves as both a leader and coordinator, managing various projects within the organization. This person will plan, direct, coordinate, and budget commercial industrial construction projects, including ground-up new building, renovations and tenant improvements. This will include participating in conceptual development, design, budgeting, preconstruction, and overseeing its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
- Manage owner, designer, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Responsible for managing the project schedule, establishing budget and controlling costs.
- Develop, implement and monito site specific safety programs
- Effectively communicate with owners, architects, engineers and building officials
- Source and qualify subcontractors and suppliers
- Establish and maintain contact with subcontractors to ensure smooth working of the contract awarding process.
- Conduct/lead Project Meetings
- Responsible for creating project-specific controls, monitor and report out to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial-industrial construction projects
- Strong organization, time-management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Excel and Blue Beam.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently from project inception to completion.
