Job Role: Genesys CX Consultant (Snowflake and Reporting)
Location: Addison, TX
Note: Prior Snowflake experience is not required, but the candidate should be willing to learn.
Job Description:
- Experience working with Genesys Snowflake platform for historical reporting.
- Strong foundation in data analytic, data engineering and cloud platforms with specific experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana.
- SQL Proficiency for data manipulation, querying and query optimization.
- Ability to understand and interpret real-time and historical contact center metrics to improve customer service and business outcomes.
- Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
- Industry knowledge and experience in contact center technologies
- Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions.
Desired skills:
- Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
- Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
